Management Insight

  • Rich inquiry screens that allow the user to "zoom" into related data. For example, the Project Inquiry Screen shows summary information for a project, but allows the user to "zoom" in to look at individual buildings, units, or leases within the project.
  • Standard management reports: Move-Out Reasons, Occupancy / Realization reporting, Billing History
  • Interface to Tincup® Data Extraction for user-designed reports without programming
  • Accounts Receivable agings and  General Ledger financial ratios augment the manager's ability to manage and report investment performance

System Requirements

A minimum software configuration includes the Tincup Residential Property Management System, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and System Manager. It is recommended that the following additional Tincup® modules also be licensed: General Ledger, Data Extraction. Other modules that may be of interest are Tincup Commercial Property Management, Data Import, Fixed Assets, Job Cost, and Payroll.
